This lovely well-equipped cottage has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard,
with a garden to the rear and patio.
Living Areas...
April Cottage Flamborough has been creatively and tastefully decorated throughout, on entering the modern cottage you will find a spacious hallway with and a place to hang your coats and shoe storage, plus ground floor wc.
From the hallway you will find the stairs leading to the upper floor, plus the entrance into a spacious open plan dining room which seats six where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast and meals.
Through double doors from the dining room is a large kitchen perfect for home-cooking.
The kitchen contains an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and microwave, plus washing machine and fridge-freezer.
Leading off the dining room is the cosy dual entrance lounge, with wonderful décor and paintings.
In the living room there is one large leather three-seater sofa & two leather chesterfield chairs, with coffee tables and reading lamp, plus 50 ins Smart TV for you to enjoy movies and relax with family and friends.
The Bedrooms...
Heading up the stairs to the landing you will find two bedrooms, both fitted with a double bed and wardrobe which have been charmingly decorated.
Along the landing is a full modern bathroom with shower and WC.
At the front of the house is the large master bedroom with king size bed & triple wardrobes which again has been decorated beautifully.

Outside Space...
To the rear of the property there is a garden area with a lawn, patio and a seating area for outdoor dining. This space is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an al fresco dinner in the warmer months after a busy day exploring the many delights this region has to offer.
